The Brewery, Bakery, & Soft Drink Division of Teamsters Local 104 brings together members employed in the brewing, bakery, and soft drink industries, as well as the allied industry of liquor distribution. 

CONTRACT WIN AT MONDELEZ!

Today the members at Mondelez ratified a HUGE new 5 year contract by 96%. The members stayed united and were willing to strike if that's what it took. Wages

Drivers 27% ($7.20) increase 

Stock Handler A 23% ($6.10) increase

Stock Handler B 21% ($5.10) increase

$1,500 ratification bonus

Pension

$1.00 increase and 2,400 hour max contributions

Added 401(k) with Company match

Insurance

Maintained current Teamster insurance

Holidays

Added MLK Day

Funeral Leave

Added 1 paid day for out of state funerals

-5 new Articles added

-Guaranteed paid CDL training

-Meal expense increase by $15 

-Boot allowance increased to $190.00
