Teamsters Local 104 will pay up to six (6) months of sick dues while you are out on a medical leave. After six (6) months, you are responsible for reduced dues at $20.00 monthly. If it is a year or more, we may have to withdraw you if it is longer than twelve (12) months. If you are going on a military leave, your dues are covered from 30+ days until the end of 24 months, depending on how long your deployment is for. You MUST provide your orders for deployment.
