Teamsters Local Union No. 104 Provides Update on Sun Tran Contract Negotiations

TUCSON, Ariz. - After bargaining through the night on June 30, 2026, Teamsters Local Union No. 104 and Sun Tran did not reach a tentative agreement on a new collective bargaining agreement. The Company has presented what it calls its last, best, and final offer.

The Negotiating Committee worked to secure a fair agreement that reflects the value of our members' work and addresses critical issues, including workplace safety. Despite those efforts, the parties were unable to reach an agreement.

The Company's final offer will now be presented directly to the membership the weekend of July 11th & 12th, who will then vote to either accept or reject the Company's offer.
