Peak season at UPS is quickly approaching –

RPCDs wishing to protect their bid routes and overtime opportunities from SSDs (Seasonal Support Drivers) should ensure that they’ve submitted a 9.5 add/cut form to their steward no later than August 25^th indicating that they would like to be removed from the 9.5 list for the remainder of the year – The form must be submitted by August 25^th, to provide the contractual weeks’ notice  and ensure removal from the 9.5 list by September 1.

Part-time Teamsters at UPS should sign the “SSD interest list” that must be made available for them to sign between August 15^th and September 15^th to ensure that they protect their contractual guaranteed right to work before any “off the street” non-union SSDs.
